Welcome to Peter Smythe Transport Training - the oldest established (1984) HGV/PCV driver training in the Mansfield area, offering HGV and PCV driver training courses, along with lorry driving courses to clients across the Midlands and beyond.  More and more employers realise the need to give new drivers a start provided they have been well trained. Our reputation within the transport world is second to none. With over thirty years experience, Peter himself oversees the training programmes and frequently is seen carrying out driver training. Our team of DSA registered LGV instructors are fully committed to your success, which is shown by the pass rate for our HGV/PCV driver training, and our lorry driving courses.

We are the only local Midlands trainer with their own driving test centre - no wasted journeys backwards and forwards to Nottingham or Sheffield. You take your test in the local area to Mansfield Woodhouse.

WE WERE FLATTERED TO BE GRANTED THE STATUS OF DSA ACREDITED LGV TRAINING CENTRE AT THE FIRST ATTEMPT. WE ARE THE ONLY TRAINERS IN NOTTS TO HAVE EARNED THIS ACREDITATION.
